We've been friends since university life. During the COVID era, we wanted to own something aside from our corporate job. Our 1st startup in 2022 was kicked off after 2 years building its MVP as a side project. We couldn't find the correct GTM and pivoted to this product - 1Man.io - in April 2024.

We've acquired almost 20k registered users, sold 10k subscription packaged since April 2024 with only 1 child product in our roadmap, with around $15k MRR.

Our customers are mostly from B2C and we're doing great with our CEO personal branding via social media. Nevertheless, we implemented affiliate marketing to turn our users into sales agent with 20% commission rate.
Our services are Subscription Tiered Pricing, ranging from 5$ to 100$/monthly and 10~50% discount for annual payment.
